Dear Guests, to make sure all our guests are safe and happy at the Nook, we have updated our procedures during the Covid-19 pandemic & have introduced a Risk Assessment to comply with AA best practice standards. Booking:
Updated procedures communicated to guests via email upon booking
Updated Covid-19 guide & risk assessment on website
Check in:
Only via keysafe, hand sanitiser outside the front door. Use separate key for access
Check in from 4pm, check out 10am, to accommodate cleaning time
Cleaning:
All cleaning equipment now anti-bacterial. Updated cleaning regime, (see risk assessment)
2 or 3 sets of all fabric items for washing in between guests & allowing ease of changeover
All fabrics washed at 60 degrees
Gloves/face mask to be worn during cleaning
Sanitiser and antibac sprays available for guest use

All food stuffs / amenities to be individually wrapped.
Tea/coffee/sugar provided if individually wrapped
